Nice spacious rooms with a kitchenette. Limited Wi-Fi access made it hard to stay connected. Kids loved the playground and game room. Some fixtures need maintenance.

Nice spacious rooms with great views. The game room was a hit with the kids. Wi-Fi was spotty, which was frustrating.

The million-dollar view from the spa left me speechless! My room was comfortable and had a lovely balcony where I enjoyed my morning coffee. The friendly staff made my stay even more delightful!
Couldn't recommend more! ❤️🌟

The kids loved the games room. Unfortunately, the bathroom needed some repairs; the door wouldn’t close properly.

The location is peaceful and tucked away from all the tourist frenzy. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen has nice appliances, perfect for whipping up a snack after a long day.
The coffee maker was a total diva and barely worked.

Wonderful hotel, wonderful views with stunning sunsets and a well-stocked kitchen that made it easy to enjoy meals after our long days of hiking.
No issues here.

They treated me like a burden when I simply asked about a smoking neighbor. It felt like customer service was an afterthought, which totally ruined my experience.

Beautiful facility. Stunning landscaping and a charming atmosphere. Our room exceeded expectations with a spacious soaking tub, a separate master bedroom, and a comfortable pull-out bed. Perfect for families. Multiple pools add to the appeal. access issues arose due to minimal lighting at night, making navigation challenging. The coffee maker was subpar—heavy and lukewarm. Housekeeping was troublesome; unclear communication about scheduling led to frustration. Some maintenance needed attention, like a clogged sink and worn rug. Lastly, staff service fluctuated. Some were attentive, while others could be unhelpful. The positive aspects were notable, yet the details left room for improvement. Attention to these issues would significantly elevate the experience.

Smart choice for a momentary pause in Sedona with good value for price. Spacious rooms with useful amenities.

My stay was fantastic thanks to easy access to breathtaking attractions like Red Rocks State Park and Thunder Mountain Trailhead, both of which are just a short drive away, along with charming spots like Vino Di Sedona just over 2 kilometers from the hotel; the room was clean and comfortable, providing all the essentials of a small studio apartment with a kitchenette and a lovely balcony overlooking the trees and hills, making it perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring; however, I did find the Wi-Fi a bit iffy in the room and the fireplace more for ambiance than warmth.

Large, clean and comfy suite with a walk-in shower and soaker tub! Staff were super friendly, really helped us out.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but worth it!

We really enjoyed our spacious condo with a balcony that offered a spectacular view of the pool area and the surrounding mountains, making it easy to soak in the beautiful landscape of Sedona; plus, we were just a short drive away from downtown Sedona, with plenty of attractions like the Chapel of the Holy Cross and Safeway grocery store both a few kilometers away. The property was clean and offered great amenities like a spacious pool that had plenty of seating. the text chat feature could improve communication regarding room features, since I encountered some minor maintenance issues.

My squad had a lit time at Sedona, checking out dope views from our own helicopter ride. Our turn-up spot was close to sick restaurants and lit trails for hikes. The chill vibes and clean pools at the resort were mad rad.
Would've been even better if they had a lit club on-site for us to party all night long.

Relax in Sofia and indulge in stunning mountain scenery. The concierge team was a hoot, helping me find perfect hikes. The hot tub was like a cauldron, perfect for my fancy self.
Hilarious timeshare hustle, trying to get me to take one for the team. Classic!

The room was spacious, with a large balcony offering stunning views. The bathroom was impressive, featuring ample space and modern amenities. We appreciated the comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. road noise was noticeable, especially since my request for a quieter room was ignored. The TV setup could use an upgrade; it felt cheap compared to the rest of the room. Temperature control was adequate, keeping the space pleasant. Free Wi-Fi and laundry facilities were great perks, enhancing the overall comfort of our stay. Parking was tight, making accessing the car a bit cumbersome at times.

The generous room layout, complete with a full kitchen, was perfect for our family. The beautiful grounds and multiple pools offered a relaxing retreat, making it an ideal choice for families seeking comfort and tranquility.

Spacious studio with a full kitchen and a nice soaking tub made it ideal for family stays. The pools were a dream—plenty of them, and never crowded. Beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails set a tranquil vibe away from the hustle. check-in was notably cold and off-putting, and the lack of breakfast options and room cleaning was disappointing. A family emergency led to a frustrating rescheduling experience, as customer service could have shown more empathy. The facilities were lovely, but the service left something to be desired.

The kitchenette and spacious bathroom were decent. the views were stunning, relaxing vibes all around! And they had multiple pools and spas to chill out in.
Hated that the TV only played non-stop Hilton ads. Like, seriously, boring much?

The jacuzzi half worked, the ice and water machines were down, and the Wi-Fi that was advertised never even existed - a major bummer for someone like me who relies on internet access. the thin walls and ceilings made it easy to hear neighboring guests, which was less than ideal. The fake welcome package for a timeshare pitch was a turn-off, as was the uncomfortable pillows and issues with sink leakage and tub drain plug. On the bright side, the location was convenient, and the staff, aside from the pushy sales tactics, were friendly and helpful. given the price we paid for our stay, the lack of attention to detail and the various inconveniences we faced dampened our overall experience. In the future, I hope Hilton Vacation Club focuses on providing the basic amenities they promise and improves their communication with guests to avoid any misunderstandings or unwarranted charges.

The elevated setting provided breathtaking vistas of the red rocks, with Doe Mountain and Thunder Mountain in view. The kids' clubhouse featured a super fun game room with pool and foosball, keeping our little ones entertained for hours.
My kids wished for a larger pool for them to splash around in.

Our stay at this Sedona resort exceeded our expectations. The suites were spacious and well-equipped, with full kitchens and living rooms. The location was perfect, close to hiking spots and good restaurants. We loved using the on-site facilities like the outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs. The staff was friendly and the property was clean and well-maintained. it was a great value for money, considering the amenities and the convenience of having everything we needed in our suite.
Misleading information and lack of transparency regarding parking passes and security in the laundry room.

recent stay at hilton was gorgeous-slightly out of town, which was very nice. the staff gave me a good recommendation to watch the sunset. the studio apartment was well equipped, clean, and comfy. the kitchen was perfect for what i needed and it had a full-size fridge! the couch pull-out bed was as comfortable as a regular bed. there are hiking trails right from the borders of the hotel property. also, a perk that there were pool towels provided!
Can't fault the property in any way 😊

We were disappointed to find old coffee grounds in the coffee pot and a sticky substance on the bedside table, which made us question the cleanliness. Additionally, we had difficulty reaching the front desk and encountered poor internet connectivity. Nonetheless, we appreciated the location and the pools.
